On-call: Just press the On-Call button mounted in your vehicle and an alert will be sent to our professionals at the Guidepoint Response Center. Once we receive the alert, we’ll contact you and go to work dispatching the emergency help you need.

Monthly Maintenance Check: Every month, we’ll include your system in the maintenance sweep of units on the Guidepoint network. If there’s ever any issue with your system, we’ll contact you immediately and schedule software updates or other service.

Extended Service Plan (ESP): Extends your product warranty and theft protection coverage for the life of your service plan.

Low Battery Notification: If your battery falls below 10.5 volts, a Guidepoint Personal Assistant will contact you immediately.

24/7 Navigation Assist: A Guidepoint Personal Assistant can provide turn-by-turn directions if you are lost or simply need to find a gas station, hotel or restaurant.

Smart CarFind: All you need to do is call the Guidepoint Response Center and we’ll a signal to honk your horn five times.

Concierge Services: Guidepoint System Personal Assistants are ready to help you with all types of requests. Whether you need a restaurant, rental car or hotel reservation, one simple call and we go to work for you.

Unlimited Roadside Assistance: If your vehicle requires towing, we will have it towed to an approved service facility.

Remote Door Unlock: Door Unlock access is available online or from the Guidepoint Response Center. (Note: To access the door unlock feature, your car must be equipped with power door locks and your Guidepoint must be integrated with the door locks. Additional parts and labor may be required.)

GPS Vehicle Locator: Real-time Internet tracking of your stolen vehicle by our 24/7/365 response center for faster recovery.

Nationwide Coverage: GPS satellite technology and our nationwide wireless network provides complete coverage throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Police Notification: If your car is ever stolen, just call 1-877-GPS-FIND. We’ll locate your vehicle, then notify the police with its location, speed and direction.

Security Fence: If your vehicle is moved outside a one-mile radius without authorization a theft notification alert will be sent automatically to the Guidepoint Response Center.

Visual Theft Deterrent:

Upgradeable: Upgrade anytime and access roadside assistance, towing, navigation help and member discounts at thousands of hotels, restaurants and shops nationwide.

Security Alert: For added security, your vehicle’s horn will automatically honk to deter theft in the event of any Security FenceTM violation.

Transferable: If you ever sell or trade your vehicle, your Guidepoint can be transferred to your next car. All transfers are subject to an administration fee.

E-Call: If you should ever require emergency service, help is only a phone call away. Call the Guidepoint Response Center, and we’ll dispatch the appropriate emergency services provider to your exact location.

Automatic Theft Notification: As soon as the Guidepoint Response Center receives a Security Fence Alert, one of our professional Guidepoint Personal Assistants will contact you at your designated contact numbers.

Theft Guarantee: If you report a stolen vehicle and we can’t locate it within 24 hours, we’ll pay you up to $3,000 cash depending on your service plan. See owners manual for full details (Guarantee in effect for length of service plan subscription.)
